Streamable Photoshop for Chrome Coming Soon

If you're looking to get into a spot of photo editing, but don't fancy investing in a flashy, high-tech desktop machine, then you might be in luck. Adobe have announced a browser-based streaming service in partnership with Chrome that will allow the 'designer on-the-go' to access Photoshop via the Chrome Web Store without actually installing it onto their hard drive.

Currently this is only available to North American Creative Cloud education members, and it's probably going to need quite a beefy internet connection to run smoothly.

Nevertheless, this still looks very promising for designers and photo editors limited to a smaller low-power laptop, and looks as if it could be the Netflix or Spotify of content creation.
