Google to increase use of 'Mobile Friendliness' in Search Rankings

This April, Google will be expanding their use of mobile-friendliness as a ranking signal. If your website isn’t responsive by April 21st, mobile users will not find you on the first page of Google.

Google uses 'algorithms', computer programs that look for clues to display the best possible results for searchers. These algorithms are constantly changing as our behaviour on the internet changes.

As over 50% of internet traffic is mobile based, they have decided to make the latest change to improve mobile search results. Can you really afford to half your potential customer base?

Make this the month of mobile friendly web design! DW have experience creating responsive, content managed web designs that display beautifully across all platforms.
